Charles D. Ellison is author of the critically-acclaimed political thriller TANTRUM, Huffington Post and Politico.com Arena contributor, and Host of "The New School" on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio Channels 110, 130 and 169. Based in Washington, D.C., he is Senior Fellow in Public Policy and Chief Advisor at the Center for New Politics and Policy and Visiting Fellow for the Institute for Politics, Democracy and the Internet at George Washington University. California-born and Philadelphia-raised, Charles is a former Congressional speechwriter, noted public policy analyst, media expert and writer. Charles regularly lectures for the Close Up Foundation and is a Youth Radio board member. Lenny McAllister is a Visiting Fellow at the Center for New Politics and Policy and Founder of HipHopRepublican.com. A regularly featured political commentator on FOX Television in Charlotte, NC, he is a syndicated writer nationally for online magazines including The Root, Rushmore Drive, and AOL. He appears frequently on CNN, BBC, BET, NPR, FOX and other major networks. He served on the Mecklenburg County Domestic Violence Advisory Board and is a contributing member of the Mecklenburg County Domestic Violence Speakers' Bureau. Lenny is an active member of the North Carolina Republican Party Executive Committee and the 12th District Republican Executive Committee (where he serves as the Vice-Chairman). He also appeared before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives' Judicial Committee to address inconsistencies in child custody laws and court proceedings. He has served as a participant in the Citizens' Task Force on Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and as an appointee to the United Way Community Advisory Board in the Lake Norman region.
RICKIE KEYS, PH.D., MPH

Rickie C. Keys, PhD, MPH is a Senior Fellow at the CNPP. During the past fifteen years, Dr. Keys has conducted research and developed programs to address health, social and economic issues affecting communities of color through the effective delivery of economic analysis and community development. His strengths are best utilized in projects that are collaborative, emphasize community and familial assets and foster self-determination. Most recently, Dr. Keys has led an initiative to identify the availability and accessibility of financial services in selected communities throughout the United States, specifically in communities with high concentrations of minorities. Dr. Keys is founder and executive director of the Renewal Community Development Fund, a non-profit (501-C3) community development corporation and owner of Renewal Financial Services, LLC.
D.L. CHANDLER

Upcoming author and widely respected writer D.L. Chandler has provided nearly a decade of in-depth content ranging from the social and historic implications of hip hop music to the impact of cultural trends on the political and moral landscape. As a CNPP Visiting Fellow, Mr. Chandler is considered to be a leading expert on critical urban trends and the pulse of contemporary political youth movements of the present time. Chandler also serves as Resident Analyst for "The New School" on Sirius/XM Radio.
PRINCELLA SMITH
Princella Smith is a Visiting Fellow at the Center for New Politics and Policy. She serves as National Spokesperson for American Solutions, an organization founded by former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich. She is a guest lecturer on the topics of “New Media” and “Grassroots Activism” at The Leadership Institute, an organization founded by Morton Blackwell committed to identifying, recruiting, training and placing conservatives in the public policy process. Princella is also a frequent guest speaker for various groups and organizations and is a Visiting Fellow for the Independent Women’s Forum. Princella served as the E-Campaign Director for Michael Steele‟s senate race in Maryland, managing all electronic communications for the campaign, including the official campaign website. She also served as the director of Students for Steele throughout the campaign.
